The Indiana SNP extract is configured specifically for exporting NSLP claim data to upload into Indiana's claim site.

  1. Name - enter a report name
    Default: Indiana SNP

  2. Template - select a report template

  3. Reset - click to reset to default options

  4. Building - filter by school(s)

  5. Date Range - select a date range for the claim data

  6. Save as Template - click to save the selected filters and columns as a template

    1. Name - enter a template name

    2. Public - check to make the template available to other users

    3. Security Roles - select the security roles that can access a Public template

    4. Cancel - click to return to the previous screen without saving the template

    5. Save - click to save the template

  7. Reset - click to reset to defaults

  8. Request Report - click to request report

    Note: Report will appear in the bell icon when complete

Report Format

The resulting report is a TEXT file formatted to match the following specifications:

  • File type is csv

  • All fields will be variable length comma delimited

  • Each file will consist of a header to identify the claiming sponsor and a detail record for each site reporting meals.

  • Each record should be on a separate text line.

  • An end of line character will be included at the end of each record. The end of line character should be a Pipe Character “|”. (This is the character that is the shifted value for the “\” key above the Enter/Return key.)

  • A header row will be included in the Batch & Batch Detail. Highlighted in yellow are the Fields that are required to have specific information.

  • Batch Header - 1 per file for identifying the sponsor
